"Taylor Kent & Co are the sort of company that doesn't exist anymore - except they do... In a nutshell they produce hand-made leather goods of exceptional quality and sell them at reasonable prices.
But that's not why I'm writing this review. Their approach to customer care is old school and streets ahead of any of their competitors. I ordered from them one of their leather bum bags; I particularly wanted it for a holiday I was about to go on. They emailed me and said they had none in stock and would make one up. When I said that I would really appreciate it before I went on holiday they pulled out all the stops, made one from scratch AND got it to me via special delivery well within the week they promised.
That attention to the customer combined with quality products is the hallmark of a truly well thought out business that actually cares and is a pleasure to do business with. I cannot praise them enough for their customer focus"
